6 week Hyrox/hybrid program
Now is your chance to train like me in preparation for your next Hyrox event. I have used this program for my build into my last few hyrox races and it has helped me gain 7 podium finishes in the past 7 months. It has also helped me take my running 10k time trial from over 44 minutes to a sub40 10km.
You will receive your 6 or 12 week program in a PDF format once purchase has been made.
The program includes:
- Over 20 workouts per week suited to your current capability. Advanced or beginners.(I have and still use these workouts)
- 1x initial consultation to determine your paces for your program (personalised threshold running & personalised row/ski testing to get you accurate thresholds)
- 1x optional weekly check in to track your progress & adjust your paces and programming as you’re progressing.
-Check in’s can be made with your personal preference of facetime, email, or messaging. If you wish to just have the program without communication that is also completely fine.
-Specific running training that I myself use to improve your overall speed, endurance and running base perfect for hyrox or running events
-Specific Hybrid strength training to improve your strength and performance giving you that extra grit to smash your weighted hyrox stations
-Specific hyrox workouts to help you dominate your hyrox stations
-Specific Erg workouts to increase your efficiency and speed on the ergs come race day
-Accurate testing throughout the program so we can improve your performance come race day & so you can go into your hyrox race with a proper plan.
-10 day taper will be included so we will have you flying come race day.
All levels; beginners or advanced are welcome and encouraged as we can tailor this to suit your ability.
I have been working closely with a Hyrox Elite 15 athlete the past 6-8 months so I am confident we can crush your Hyrox goals with this program and some hardwork.
